the internet is an integral piece of the puzzle for any brand. period.
check out the most recent post on viget’s marketing blog, engage. brilliant… and so true. the “coveted 18-34 demographic” that mary referred to in her recommendation has been proven to expect companies to interact with them via social media platforms.
