Thai red curry… the semi-healthy way

I love love LOVE Thai food.  If I could, I would probably go here on a daily basis.  But alas, not only am I not made of money, everything I love is either fried or has curry — which is insanely fatty (thank you, coconut milk… you jerk).

My favorite “get healthy” tools

So, aside from going to the gym,  having an accountability partner (Thanks, Coop), I’ve been using two quick little tools to stay motivated and on track.
