My most favoritest breakfast

Quickest, easiest, super healthiest breakfast ever!
Right now Chobani yogurt is on sale for $1 at Giant (typically it’s $1.29, but you can get 12 yogurts for $11 at Costco)…
I stocked up on 10 last night, which makes for a really easy morning when I’m rushing out the door to work (typically running later than I would like to).
Ingredients

Chobani Yogurt
1/2 cup low fat granola

My abs, my aching abs

Ladies and gents (get ready for potential TMI), the underboob is gone.  Affectionately known as, double boob, underboob, second boob…  you name it; I no longer have any pudge over my upper abs – the region under Clifford and Andre (shout out to Krystin Goodwin on that one).
Now that that was mildly (or wildly, whichever) inappropriate, Felix worked our abs this week.
Here’s what we did:
