enough about twitter, already

all i’ve been reading for the past 9 months or so is “how to succeed on twitter”, “how to get more followers on twitter”, “how to optimize your use of twitter”, enough already.  really.
we all get (well most of us, i hope) that twitter is great, brilliant, and just what we’ve been wanting for a really long time.  most of us (hopefully) get how to use twitter, and by now, we’ve got a pretty good handle on it.

okay, so “personal branding” has become a bit of a buzzphrase these days (hey, that rhymed).  with the economy doing what it’s doing, and jobs becoming more and more scarce, it seems as though “personal branding” has suddenly become this all-important thing.

building my social sphere from scratch with twitter

so after some thinking, i’ve come up with (what i think is) a pretty decent idea for this post.
i’ve been using twitter for the past 6 months or so, have 383 (and counting) followers, and follow 524 people.  i have updated 1,539 times.  i’m currently ranked 24,545 out of 1,095,823 people on twitter, and have a score of 97.2 out of 100.
i’m going to be honest, here, before twitter i had no idea who @chrisbrogan was, or@guykawasaki or @jowyang.  i didn’t find them in …
