Shooting "Emeril Green" at Whole Foods Market in Fairfax, Virginia

i’ve secretly always wanted to be a food blogger.  now, since having been a bit more active on yelp (trying to get my elite ’10 badge…) i’m pondering it more and more.

my reviews on yelp have gotten some pretty good traffic and the feedback has been great… so i’ve been thinking, why not attempt to morph my blog into the best of both of my worlds: food and marketing.

wacky, i’m aware, but i think it just might work.

i’ve been a bit restless and have come to hate the design of my blog. i kinda think that it’s just plain ugly and i want to change it.

so why am i “qualified” to write about food?

i love it, that’s why.  i love to cook (nanny nanny boo boo, i cooked with emeril lagasse and shot an episode of emeril green with him, and no, it hasn’t aired yet.  i’ll put up a post when i find out the date of my show.) and have been told that i’m quite good at it.

so, bear with me while i re-conceptualize where i’m taking this little idea and keep checking back.  i’ll keep blogging (i can’t promise it’ll be exhilarating content, but i’ll sure try) and hopefully soon i’ll have a new design and a new direction!

what do you think about my idea? can we make it work?
